One and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens (full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal), bathroom with safety features, and fire alarm/sprinkler system.
Apartments include carpet, tile, blinds, private patio, and individual mailboxes.
Uilities such as water, sewer, and trash collection are included.
WiFi for your apartment is available for a nominal fee. Wifi is available throughout the campus.
Each village has a lounge or club house with full kitchen for entertaining and activities.
Complimentary 24-hour laundry facilities for Bob Hope Village residents in Villages 1-4. Bob Hope Village 5 and 6 have washer and dryers inside the apartments.

Swimming pools with pool cover and heater for winter access and heated outdoor Jacuzzi. Water aerobics classes are offered year-round.
Kellogg Fitness Center with state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, fitness classroom with on-demand cardio, strength training, yoga, and dance classes available on a large monitor.
